Choose Between Two Options

  • $32 for one 50-minute Swedish or deep-tissue massage (a $65 value). Each session includes an additional five-minute pre-massage interview and five minutes of changing time.
  • $89 for three 50-minute Swedish or deep-tissue massages (a $195 value).

During the Swedish massage, therapists coat skin with lotion and relax muscles with long, gliding strokes, percussion-like tapping, bending, and stretching. By contrast, the deep-tissue massage incorporates techniques that move across the grain of the muscles with more intense movements and pressure.
