Therapists begin neuromuscular treatments with a posture analysis, diagnosing misalignment that may cause pain. They then activate trigger points in sore spots, working to release tension and realign muscles into their natural equilibrium. Treatments can be customized for tension associated with the back, neck, shoulders, headaches, or pain resulting from fibromyalgia.
