If we purchase it NOW, can we use it today, granted that we call at 10am when they open to make the appointment?
Monica – In general Groupons can not be used the day in which they are purchased. Therefore, if you purchase the Groupon today you can not use it until tomorrow. I hope this helps!

Felicia, Emily, and Julia – Massage revolution only accommodates one client per room. Therefore you would be able to book appointments at the same time, but not share a room for the massage. I hope the helps!
That works for me! I made two different appointments for two separate times, b/c that’s the only way it would let me make 2 appts. But I sent a comment requesting both appts at the same time, if possible. Thanks for letting us know!
There’s a statement in the description that says “If you aren’t a puddle at the end of the session, your next massage is free.” Does that mean we area actually getting (2) Massages for $39.00? There is no further explanation about this. Thank you

Sounds ok, but i know a great place in Hermosa Beach called Tropical waters. They do couples massage and they have a chill out room before and after massage. Steam room as well. I guess you get what you pay for.
Is this good for any of their 60-minute massages? I look at their website and was wondering if this is only good for the “Signature Treatments” that seems to all focus on one particular area (i.e. Shoulder Relief, Lower Back Relief, etc.). Is it possible to just get a 60-minute total body massage with this groupon?
i just received an email saying my groupon was ready to print, but when i follow the link, there isn’t anywhere to print it.
I would also like to know the answer to John K’s question regarding the focus being only on one area in these signature treatments. I could deal with the back being the main focus but it would be nice to do a quick “all over” towards the end.

Brad – To make it easier go to the blue line on the main Groupon page where you sign in and out. Once there sign in and then click on “My Stuff”. Next click on “My Groupons”. This file will allow give you the option to print your Groupon. I hope this helps!
John and Lisa – All of the massages are full body in addition to targeting your specific area of tension.
do you know how many rooms can be booked at the same time? I would like to go with my girlfriends, and we would be a total of 5.
Sabine – There are different amounts of neuromuscular trained therapists working each day, therefore the amount of people who can be treated by one at a specific time slot varies. I would make your request known when booking the appointments, but you have to block 2 sessions (back to back).

Hi, this seems like a wonderful offer. My question pertains to the statement that says “for new clients only”. If you purchase one yourself and receive one as a gift to use. Are you still getting the this offer if you use your “gift” after you have used the one you bought?
Stacey – You can only use one Groupon no matter how you obtain it. Therefore if you purchase one and recieve an additional one as a gift you will have to pass the Groupon love on to someone else.
If we are buying this as a gift for someone else, do we have to click the gift part and write in their email and have it emailed to them, or can we just print it out ourselves and hand them the receipt? Does it matter?

Bundy – No, this can only be used for one of the 5 neuromuscular massages.
Their automated appointment schedule is not working and every time I call I get a machine. They haven’t called back either.
