During four-hour sushi-making classes, held from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Sunday, a trained sushi chef introduces students to the art of crafting sushi rolls. Each class hosts up to 50 participants who can munch on as much sushi as their stomachs can hold while they create their own rolls.
