CrossFit sessions are scheduled Monday–Saturday, mornings and evenings. The nonrepeating workouts may consist of rowing, running, biking, jumping, or other moves as participants engage in metabolic conditioning combined with activities based on gymnastics and Olympic sports. Sessions are scored and timed to foster a competitive feel, whether clients’ goals include improving personal performance over time or helping one’s left leg prove it’s just as capable as the right.
