The drink menu includes margaritas with lime juice and agave nectar and starters such as guacamole and ceviche.

The dinner menu showcases creative small plates such as bruschetta topped by chorizo and oaxaca cheese ($8.50) and updated takes on classic entrees such as chile relleno stuffed with crab and shrimp ($16). The lunch menu features marinated-shrimp tacos ($15).

Mayahuel

Mayahuel knows tequila is more than just alcohol—it's also a town, a region, and a feather in Mexico's cap—but the staff tequila maestros’ encyclopedic knowledge of the agave-derived spirit spans scores of tequilas from Mexico's five appellation territories. An adjacent tequila museum whets guests' appetites for tequila cocktails such as La Flor with hibiscus syrup and jalapeño, and the Mayahuel Fresca de Agave with muddled cucumber, agave nectar, and lime and grapefruit juices.

Head chef Ramiro Alarcón oversees dinner and lunch menus that give new life to ubiquitous Mexican recipes; rib-eye steaks wear crowns of chorizo, 32 ingredients harmonize within the mole poblano, and a small plate called Eclipse de Sol features layers of sliced beets, oranges, and pickled onions that are only visible from the Northern Hemisphere. Mayahuel also caters to vegans and vegetarians with a special menu of guacamole enchiladas and poblano peppers stuffed with cheese or zucchini and corn.
