You say extra for full synthetic....how much extra over the 19 will it be....also if I purchase the 3 do all three have to be used with 1 year?

When you say "with Tire Rotations" does that mean you have to pay for a tire rotation to get the deal? Also will I be able to drive in and get it done - or do I have to make an appointment and if so how long is the wait for an appointment??

Thanks for the questions! You do not need to pay extra for tire rotations, they are included in the price of the Groupon.
