Groupon: Collective Buying Power

The MetaBody locations page claims that there is a Crunch fitness center in Metro Center in DC, but Crunch's website does not list this center. How do I found a website for this center?

Groupon- this is disappointing. You should have done some research on Dahn Yoga before promoting them.

@Helen H., The Capitol St. & 11th St. Washington DC 20003 location is an outdoor boot camp. It takes place in a park. You can’t miss it! Personal training is not offered at that location. Check this web page and pick a “Fitness Together” location that is most convenient for you. Hello Adele or Len. Are the Groupon users subject to the same cancellation policy? Meaning if I do not show up for a class will you take my Credit card info I used for the 2.29 taxes and charge me $20 because I was a no show? I have purchased the Groupon and it is my intent to show for classes I sign up for but I would like to know the consequences ahead of time. Thanks Louisa

@Pamela N., Please send an email to our support team (support@metabody.ca) and they will issue you a refund for the tax overpayments. You paid taxes multiple times. The taxes are a 1 time payment.

@ Louisa, There is a cancellation policy in place. If you fail to cancel more than twice in less than 24hours, there is a cancellation fee of ($20).

so if i'm getting it right, we're supposed to pay first and only tomorrow we'll know what classes are available and where? what if you only make classes available at odd hours? this is so shady!!!!!

The malpractice suit really does concern me, regarding this. This deal might be a good value but I am concerned about the problems that people are posing here. I'm located in the Rockville area. Although I am metro-accessible, the thought of moving around in rush hour for classes, potentially sacrificing a work schedule does bother me and I don't like the idea of only taking 5 classes per location.

When we are redeeming this pass, what are we showing when we go in for the personal training sessions. I understand that our groupon pass number will be used for scheduling class, but what about the personal training since you have to call and schedule those over the phone?

so i have to pay 2.49 for each class i schedule not a one time only tax. i didn t complete the transaction until i get the answer on why it was said it is a one time tax payment but in reality it is $49.8 for 20 classes
