Do I need to make reservation? And what is the level of these classes ( beginning, intermediate, advanced)?

You don't really need to make a reservation except for the cycling classes. Instructors will give modifications for beginners, gear the class towards an intermediate person and challenge an advanced person. Sorry it took so long to get back to you. Computer issues are all ironed out now. Hope to see you soon.

Hi. I have been to metalmark in the past but not within the past nearly a year . I see the groupon can be purchased by new clients. Can I get it or I am not eligible since I have been there in the past?

Is there a time frame to complete classes once you take the first class?
