I was pulled over two days ago by a state trooper for my current window tint. I bought the car 14 months ago already tinted. He tested the tint and it was 16%. He said the legal limit in Wa state is 24% or above. Your ad states you can choose tint UP TO 25%. Does this mean that the only legal tint you install is the 24-25%? Does this price include removal the old illiegal tint that is currently on my car?

I see that this Groupon is only for "Hood, Fenders and Door edges". I see on your website that the Full Kit includes: Hood, Fenders, Headlights & fog lights, Bumper, Mirrors, Door edges, Door cups. Question: what is the difference between fenders and bumpers? I would like my front "bumper" done. Is the front bumper also known as a fender?

No the bumper will be additional. Normally the bumper alone will be 250 more. If you were to add the entire front end package it will be 350-400 extra. Depending on the vehicle.
