Registration for the Care 4 Hair 5K Run for Alopecia begins at 8 a.m. on Saturday, June 14; the race starts at 9 a.m. Runners can don their Care 4 Hair T-shirts for the race and riffle through their goody bags at the after party while enjoying drinks and snacks and listening to music. The party will also have giveaways, vendors, and information booths about alopecia, an autoimmune disease which causes hair loss. Some proceeds from the run will benefit the Children's Alopecia Project.
