That's why they supplement their beautifying facials and body wraps with relaxing massages in one of their 12 massage rooms and invite manicure recipients to recline in cushy massage chairs as bubbling whirlpools soak their feet. For waxes and full-body massage treatments, the staff welcomes clients to private rooms with soft, cushioned beds. Empathetic and experienced, they also take pains to address customers' questions and concerns, particularly before sensitive treatments such as permanent-makeup application or Brazilian waxes. The spa's decor unfolds across 4,000 square feet and also helps create a soothing atmosphere. Rustic stone pillars tower over the clean and cool tile floors, clear of clutter and illuminated by the soft glow of hanging lanterns. The warm orange walls are covered with art depicting peaceful scenes, such as a blustery autumn forest or a smooth river stone that's just dozed off to sleep.
