If I were to come into one of your locations, can I buy a variety of different cupcake flavors to use up the $20 or do I have to buy 1/2 dozen all the same and preorder to use the Groupon?

Sorry for the delay Linda. You do not have to purchase all of the same flavor cupcakes or cake pops. We do not advance order less than 1 dozen - but in the store you can get any quantity - no restrictions. :-)

Will you be honoring the $34.99/dozen price for the cupcakes with the Groupon? Last time I used a Groupon there the person told me that I would have to pay the $3.15 per cupcake price whenever I use the Groupon, which was a surprise because that was not stated in the terms.

Yes. I apologize if you were ever told that, that is not the case. I think the confusion was that this can not be combined with any other offer or discount (for example another Groupon, or another 20% off coupon) - and they thought that the multi-item discount would apply here. The situation has been resolved, and there should be no problems moving forward. Do you have to use the whole gift certificate at one visit?

Thank you for your question. Yes, the entire promotional value would need to be used in one visit. However, our baked goods store VERY well in the fridge and even better in the freezer - so you can keep some sweet treats for that chocolate craving down the road! I usually cut a cupcake in half before wrapping in the freezer, then I just pull out half when I'm having a craving. ;-)

Sorry for the delay - I was trying to answer on my mobile app and it wasn't working. We DO have Gluten Free cupcakes, that we bring in from an outside vendor, on a very limited basis. We do keep them in the freezer for freshness, as directed by our vendor. If you are interested in Gluten Free, even just one, I would recommend calling ahead with your order so that we have time to order more from our vendor. She requires 2 days notice for our orders, just so you know. Hope that was helpful. - Ashley :-)
