Mission Fit Camp
Mission Fit Camp's team of highly qualified fitness pros offer a boot camp program tailored for men and women of multiple experience levels, including beginners. During Mission Fit Camp's hour-long fitness classes, experienced trainers have participants work a different muscle group each day of the week with a mix of cardio and strength-building exercises. With a new session beginning every month and classes getting more difficult from weeks one to four, beginners are able to hop into week 1 with ease. Classes are led Monday through Thursday at 6 a.m. and 8:30 a.m. near La Mesa in San Diego, Fridays at 6 a.m. at the San Diego Convention Center stairs and Saturdays at 9 a.m. in Pacific Beach. Certified trainers lead rewarding workouts that make use of each location's ample grassy spaces, stairs, and waterfront paths.
