I was on your website this afternoon, December 30, checking out your MLB.com deal and the deal specified that it had 1 day and 15hrs left, I wanted to ensure MLB.com was able to accept this deal and ship to Canada. I logged on now to purchase and its sold out! What happened to your "time left clock". I am very disappointed and would like to have the $20 for $40 deal available to me as promised on your groupon.

I'm sorry you missed out on this deal! If the business sets a limit on how many Groupons we can offer, you will see "Limited quantity available" under the hourglass and countdown of the time left to buy. There are a few reasons why we may limit the number of Groupons available on certain deals, but generally it's to ensure a high quality of service for Groupon customers.

I'm sorry this one sold out so quickly! I hope this helps explain the situation.

However, we do occasionally have to wait to provide the business with their complete list of purchasers, which can mean you won't be able to redeem right away. If that's the case, the delay will be listed in the Fine Print and we'll remind you when you print your voucher. Hope that helps!

Deal says minimum purchase of $40 before taxes and shipping (which are exorbitant to Canada by the way). I have my eye on a product that is $39.99 - does that mean I couldn't use this groupon for that item?
