It was my 30th birthday party...they arrived late, tried to leave an hour, and the didn't bring the props out until a guest who knew the props were suppose to be out said something. With regards to the photo memory book, the up charge for it was extremely overpriced for what I got. Even though it was suppose to be unlimited pictures, the gentleman running the booth only printed 1 extra copy even if more than 2 people were in the pictures. As a result, not every guest received a picture. I was told I can print it from the disc I was going to get! Overall, completely dissatisfied with the service and will use a different photo booth company in the future. :(
