Mom and Pop Photo School
When Candace Moss's husband was deployed with the army, the mother of two had a newfound drive to commemorate each day with her family. She began snapping pictures every chance she got, turning fleeting moments of joy into everlasting ones that could be shared with her husband. That's what inspired her to open Mom and Pop Photo School, a place where other parents could learn how to best capture memories with their DSLR cameras. Eventually, its in-person courses developed into online camera-and-photo classes to accommodate parents' busy schedules. To support online learning, students also have e-mail access to instructors and a local community of Mom and Pop photography students, who regularly meet to practice their skills together.
