Choose from Three Options

There are three available age brackets: athletes between 7–11 years old fall into the "Rookies" program; athletes between 12–13 fall into the "Recruits" program; athletes between 15–19 fall into the "Prospects" program.
The "Rookies" curriculum focuses on coordination, energy, and self-confidence, helping young athletes learn body control and coordination. Preteens in the "Recruits" program go over strength training and speed mechanics to work on their development as young athletes. "Prospects" sessions cover agility, speed, functional strength, and "explosive power," helping high-school aged athletes develop leadership and athleticism appropriate to their level of play.
