i don't see a plan that sounds like this on your website. (i think the description here is lacking the deatils that are on your site) is this a plan that you normally offer or is it just for groupon? OR does the purchaser have the option to choose the plan?

Theresa, I think what you are referring to is Jumpstart plan and the New Beginnings plan. The program and plan are different things. Once a patient starts the program - making an appointment, sitting down for an initial visit, reviewing body composition, medical history, and being placed on a specific diet structure then the patient gets to choose what plan they want to do Jumpstart or New Beginnings. These plans have to do with food opitons - does the patient want to use Monarch products or a combination of Monarch products with their own food products? Since Monarch products are not required it is not apart of the program but can be apart of the plan you choose. Any food items purchased are an additional cost - on this deal we added a $10 Food Coupon to use toward any Monarch products. Hope this helps. can I stop after my 30 days through groupon, or do I have to commit to more?

Audrey, we do not have our patients sign contracts here at Monarch so you are not obligated to stay beyond your 30 days. However, most people do continue because they are seeing good results and are more successful due to accountability. Thank You - Nurse Sherri

Vicki - yes, absolutely!! This voucher is good for any of our locations. I believe when you click the "buy" button it will give you the option of which clinic to choose from. If for some reason it does not let you choose I will honor the voucher at any of our clinics. When you call to set up your appt just let the staff know you want an appt at the Roseburg location.
