The offer includes custom made trays and one tube of whitening gel. One tube will usually last about 2-4 weeks if whitening for first time and using it every day. If only doing a touch up it will last several months depending on how often you whiten.
Is there an expiration date for usage? Are the trays fitted for you individually and are they yours to keep, ie do you take them home with you. When you need to whiten them again how much is the gel? Can you buy the gel at retail stores or just at your office? Does this process hurt your enamel?
You have 6 months to redeem the coupon. The trays are custom made just for you and are yours to keep. It does require two trips to our office, one for the impressions for the trays and one to pick them up. It is a professional strength whitening gel and you may purchase it at our office. The cost is $31.00 a tube. This whitening gel is not sold at stores. This does not hurt the enamel of your teeth.
This is great for PROMS, GRADUATIONS, AND WEDDINGS. It also makes a great gift for any occasion.
Do you bill my insurance for the office visits? How long will it take to prepare the trays?
Nothing is billed to your insurance. It usually only takes a few days to have the trays made.

I’ve done this through my own dentist with 3 tubes and it was $400 about 5 yrs ago. So this is a great deal that works! My 13 1/2 yr old daughter would like to have her teeth whitened and I’d like to get this for her. Am i able to do that?
As long as the child’s parent is with them and signs the consent form.
Now that I bought the groupon how do Ireceive it?
Call our office to set up your appointment. Bring your coupon in with you to your appt. That is it.

How are the trays worn? # Days/week, hours/time, can you where while you’re sleeping?
I understand that these are professionally made trays, but how do these compare with the ones you can make/mold yourself? Are they larger and cover more/all teeth or just the front 8 teeth or so?
How many ounces of opalescence do you get with this deal?
When you purchase this you should be able to print out a paper coupon. If not you can call the office once the offer is closed and we will have a list of everyone who has purchased the offer.
We recommend you wear the trays for 60 minutes a day until you reach the shade you want to be at. This does not have to be done all at once. You can wear them for 30 min in the morning and then again for 30 min in the evening. It is your preference. Once you have reached the shade you want (this is usually 2-4 weeks) then you only whiten when you need a touch up or notice staining again. Usually wearing for a few days is all it takes for touch ups.
The trays are custom made for your mouth only. They fit snuggly around your teeth, similar to retainers, just not as tight. They do cover all the teeth, unless you do not want them to. This comes with one 5.5cc tube of Life-Like whitening gel.
I see from the comments above that there are 2 office visits required. Are there any additional costs associated with this deal (i.e., costs for the office visit to fit the trays)?
To be clear, are there any additional charges for anything else (any additional charges for office visits, labor for producing the trays, administration fee, etc.)?

I am with Montgomery Dental Care, so therefore I can not answer questions pertaining to any other offers. I am sure if you were to e-mail groupon they would be able to help you and answer any questions you have about other offers.

What is the minimum age for the whitening agent.
Teenagers can whiten as long as their parent is with them and signs a consent form.
I have tried to purchase groupons twice this week but my order does not go through. I have no problem with eReach deals! Anyway, I’ve emailed support; I really want this deal for my daughter!
