I had $10 of credit yesterday for referring a friend, but had to cancel an order I was placing. I tried to order this deal but my $10 credit has not been restored. Will I get the $10 credit back?
Do i have to get all 12 cupcake at one time? Can i get 6 each time twice?
The cupcakes are fine. Especially if you like the dryer, corn meal like texture that a lot of cupcake specific bakeries are producing now days. I prefer a more cake-like, creamy texture myself, however I have friends that love the Sprinkles batter. The icing is not as great as Sprinkles icing, but about the same as Vanilla’s if you’ve eaten there.

Cindy W., Yes, all 12 need to be taken at the same time. You could stick in the freezer and they’ll be fine. ask the people in the retail stores to pack them 6 and 6. this way you dont have to re-pack them when you get home.

Good morning. I’ve been looking around the Mrs. B.‘s website to find all the cupcake flavors and I don’t see them. Is there a list somewhere? Does it include the famous lemon cake recipe? Thx.
CAn you use it for something other than cupcakes? I love their lemon bundt.
Another question: when they’re described as “giant colossal”cupcakes, are they big like the muffins at Costco or small like a normal birthday cupcake at a kid’s party?

elyse, smaller then those “costco” muffins (those things are like small cars) and bigger then a “kids BDAY”. we dont have a flavor menu cecause they change all the time, BUT if you call a store they will tell you what flavors they are doing today.

Is the location on Fair Oaks at Pasadena still exist? I drove by and couldn’t find the place and no one answers the phone with the phone # listed.
can this be redeem at Encino store? it’s confusing on the rules it says “This Groupon can be redeemed at two locations in Costa Mesa and locations in Beverly Hills, Encino, Tarzana, and Pasadena (see sidebar)”
@Flo: I believe that means that there are two locations in Costa Mesa, as well as their other locations citywide where you can use it. I found it a little confusing when I first read it too.

EVERYONE, we have six locations they are listed the info is correct and the groupon is good for all locations. most of our stores close at 6pm. and most are closed sundays. call the store by you for local information.
oh and we will be closed on monday for the holiday.

I bought this for a friend, and clicked on “buy as gift.” I completed the little note card including the person’s email address, but after purchasing, it showed up in my stuff file, not under gifts. Does that mean it wasn’t sent to the person I bought it for?

My sister received these as a birthday present and they were amazing!! Moist and fluffly! Amazing, I found them tastier than Sprinkles.. the red velvet and chocolate with chocolate frosting are super good!

as long as you can print the voucher we will take it. it does take a few minutes for groupon to process the orders but as soon as your voucher is ready bring it on down… the girls at the retail stores are having so much fun meeting all these new customers!

I also noticed above someone saying that the prices at the stores are lower than they are on the website. Where can we find out what the store/retail prices are for your various products?.. 1. prices. your read they are “cheaper” but the shipping cupcakes are DIFFERENT. the main reason the retail cupcakes are less expensive is b/c of packaging and dry ice that is needed for shipping. other then that retail prices mirror the catalog.
2. this is our first groupon and the most popular item right now are cupcakes, it was our testing ground. if invited we will do one during the holidays for a more generic offer. lets see how this goes. it’s not cheap!

I looked at the locations, read the info. , saw that there was one near me, purchased the groupon for $18 and I have til March 2011 to use it .. it’s really that simple folks .. it’s not brain surgery; it’s cupcakes ..

Groupon staff: I bought one for my self yesterday and printed it. Then I bought one today for a friend, but I chose the option to print it myself, rather than email. I received the receipt and confirmation that my credit card was charged. But the gift groupon I bought does not show up in my stuff. Only the one I bought for myself with yesterday’s date shows up. How do I print the gift groupon I bought today??

I got these from the Encino location. They weren’t worth the $18 I paid for them let alone the supposed retail value. I was incredibly disappointed. With a name like Mrs. Beasley’s I expected them to be at least good, if not great – like the cookies. Not the case at all. Yuck! Not worth the calories.
