Milk chocolate is created by blending cocoa beans and milk, while white chocolate is created when young chocolates first encounter ghosts. Taste sweet fear with today’s Groupon: for $10, you get $20 worth of gourmet, white-chocolate popcorn and other treats at Mrs. Rogers’ Popcorn and Sweet Shoppe.

Mrs. Rogers makes its signature white-chocolate popcorn to-order, using local Kentucky ingredients as part of the Kentucky Proud program, which helps keep farm products fresh by cutting transportation time. The resulting sweet, salty, crunchy, and creamy gourmet popcorn contains only all-white, nearly hull-less kernels.

The committed corn crafters at Mrs. Rogers pop each order fresh, hand-drizzling the white-chocolate coating while ritualistically chanting “delicious” in five languages. The white-chocolate popcorn comes in six flavorful varieties: original, or combined with Heath toffee bits, Reese’s peanut-butter bits, M&M’s, Red Hots, or mint candies. Individual prices range from $4 for a small bag to $20 for a jumbo bag.

Mrs. Rogers packages its corn in a variety of tin and bag sizes, tied with plaid-colored bows upon request and sized for use as corporate gifts, school-fundraising fodder, or crunchy ski trails. The Sweet Shoppe also whips up gourmet chocolate-dipped pretzels and twirls its own caramel apples in the style of ballerinas at the Bolshoi county fair. Stop by the store during its regular hours: 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursdays and Fridays and 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturdays.

The Groupon Guide to: Very Special Episodes

Though critics agree that all television is special, once every few years a popular television program will use its reach to educate an audience on a serious issue. Here's a guide to crafting your own very special episode:

• Choose a serious issue to be discussed. If you're not sure if your issue is serious enough, try bringing it up at Thanksgiving. If your chosen topic is suitable, it will ruin everything.

• Make sure to swap your usual incidental music with much sadder music. This will let the audience know that they should cry instead of laugh and eat one piece of popcorn at a time respectfully, instead of shoveling it in via carefree handfuls.

• If your show features a Screech, he should sit this one out entirely.

• At the end of the episode, actors must reveal their own name directly into the camera. This way, viewers know that the issue being discussed is very real, even though Carl Winslow is just a 19-year-old gymnast in a Carl Winslow suit.

Who is the Screech in your group of friends, and how can you make them stop?
