In an era when downtime is a rare commodity, Munchery founders Tri Tran and Conrad Chu have fine-tuned a way of making room for family gab sessions. They bring the handiwork of the area’s most renowned chefs to their clients’ homes via their website or iPhone app, ensuring that the dinner hour is full of healthy, gourmet nutrition and devoid of cooking stress.

Some of their culinary team members have worked as sushi chefs at the Google headquarters, as well as cooked within the hallowed walls of Zuni and Chez Panisse, according to 7x7. With their assorted backgrounds, the chefs whip up cuisine inspired by California, Italy, Thailand, and myriad other locales, excluding the back corner of their own pantries. The fare comes in vegan, gluten-free, and dairy-free forms, and it’s composed largely of local and organic ingredients. The chefs proudly broadcast their creations on a weekly menu that has something different to offer every day.

Beside each dish listed on the website is a photo of its creator and links to his or her bio and customer reviews.
