Muscle Management Massage’s scheduling book never has back-to-back appointments. So if someone has a 60-minute deep-tissue massage at 1 p.m. with licensed massage therapist Howard Dodd—who is also a certified personal trainer and lead instructor of the massage program at Lincoln Technical Institute’s Brockton Campus—there won’t be a Swedish massage at 2 p.m. with Dodd, however, appointments would be available to schedule with another licensed massage therapist. This scheduling approach allows the clients to enjoy their massage service without feeling rushed out the door. Adding to the comfort, the staff can customize its kneads to alleviate pain, tension, and ailments from common sports injuries, such as spraining a muscle or mistaking a bowling ball for a basketball and trying to dunk it.
