Eero Saarinen: A Reputation for Innovation spotlights the career that resulted in iconic designs, such as Washington Dulles International Airport and the Gateway Arch in St. Louis. The exhibition pays particular attention to how Saarinen's time serving the Office of Strategic Services—a precursor to the CIA—during the Second World War influenced his design aesthetic.

Museum of Design Atlanta

The Museum of Design Atlanta aims to "advance the understanding and appreciation of design", educating current and future design enthusiasts through subtle and brazen examples of design through rotating exhibits, conversational programs, events, and educational programs for kids. In the small boutique museum's airy rooms, exhibits showcase design across a wide spectrum of objects. Guest speakers regale MODA audiences once a month with discussions of their work, divulging where they get their inspiration, how they started in design, and current projects they're developing.

I've never seen anything quite like this despite visiting a few different museums so it was neat.

MODA's a beautiful, loft-like space with the most high-tech bathrooms I've ever seen in the A-town, is part of a design center in-and-of itself.
