I am pretty sure that they have to be used before the expiration date. Also this one seems to be an exception to the rule in that usually they have to be used at one time. This one does allow it to be used in numerous visits.
My Fit Foods also had an offer back in September (which I bought). Does anyone know if this prohibits me from buying this deal again?
So this is only for “new customers”? Such a shame…I’ve spent $600 in the last 3 weeks with My Fit Foods, and they won’t let me take advantage of this offer?!

Alex, it is not a restaurant – they sell prepared meals to go. They are delicious and healthy.
BTW other posters, Iam also disappointed that this deal is not for existing customers who keep them in business!!! My Fit – Please reconsider!!!!
I’m wondering if “new customers only” = people who don’t have an account with them.
I would be really disappointed if this doesn’t apply to anyone who’s purchased a meal from them EVER.

so if i still have the groupon from a few months ago, which i plan to use soon, it will prohibit me from applying this current groupon, since i will be an existing customer, is that right?
I have purchased a few meals from My Fit Foods in the past, as I happened to be with someone that was purchasing several meals. Does this prohibit me from using this groupon, what constitutes a “new customer” in terms of this groupon?

Yes if you purchased the last Groupon you are not able to redeem a second one.
Erin, new customer is meant to be in it’s exact terms, therefore you are not a new customer. This is for those people who have never been there before.

You should be able to purchase additional for your friends by clicking on the “Gift this Groupon” under the buy button and you can actually send it to her email or to your own. The Groupon will also come in a pretty electronic envelope and it will not have the pricing on it!

Can you buy more than one ? for instance 2 for $30 and get $70
I attempted to purchase this item but in My Groupons it is still saying that it’s being processed. I would hate to miss out and even wanted to edit my purchase to 2 but am not sure if it went thru or not. Can you help me with this?
Is this only good for their Houston locations or will it work at their Austin store too?
Ashley thanks – I guess the system is just overwhelmed today, my 1st purchase is still being processed and usually I get it almost immediately. But currently it will not process the one for my friend at all. I will keep trying and hope it goes through. Thanks again.

Jeff, this is limited one per person so you can not purchase more and combine them for a purchase.
Jona, don’t worry we are just experiencing a little slower process because of the number of transactions going through. If your order is being processed that means you have successfully put your information. If you do not have an email saying the order is complete by later this afternoon please email me at ashley@groupon.com.

I’m a first time buyer and cannot sign on to the groupon site. I was able to access it by Facebook, although that’s not the way I originally signed up. It won’t let me sign up as a new account either. Also, although I was able to buy one deal today, I was unable to send one to a friend. Help!!

wow… this has gotten crazy… and of course it figures…20% all online orders today… I know I know..I’m lucky to even get to purchase…let alone get the 20% plus….crazy… but..hey one of the best Groupons recieved yet…because..I love my fit foods… and btw… has anyone yet to try the 21 day Liver Cleansing diet from them…omg…as crazy as it sounds…I’ve been on for 18 days allready..and..results: lost 8 pounds, 3 month old zit vanished and craziest thing yet… freaking 5 year old wart on my finger…gone…omg

You are going to need to email support@groupon.com who will be able to log into your account and give you the password or login in email that you will need to purchase the Groupon. Then you should be able to send it to a friend as well.

I have emailed the support link, but no one has contacted me. Also, my groupon for today is STILL processing. For some reason, I seem to be having trouble with every thing I try. Is there a phone number I can call to get advise and help? I’ve requested email change links to my email, but nothing has come.
Audrey- when I’ve bought groupons, sometimes it will say “processing” for a few hours, but it has always gone through by the end of the day. It’s mentioned in the FAQ that processing may take a bit. They are probably a little overwhelmed with emails today, so it may be taking the Groupon support staff a little longer to get back to you. HTH

Sheri, unfortunately not since it’s only one per customer, so I would call her to make sure she isn’t taking advantage of it herself.

I purchased the Groupon earlier in the day (10 or 11 am) but it says it is processing. (It is my first time purchasing a Groupon.) By what time should I begin to worry if I do not receive the approved email?

No you should not be nervous, today is going to take a little longer than normal for the orders to go through because the popularity of the deal.
If it says it’s processing then you have completed your order and everything will be fine!

What about picking the food up from Method Evolution in Pearland?
I bought one for myself, then tried to buy one as a gift but the site will not allow this (or am I doing something incorrectly?)
