I am trying to purchase a gift and when I hit complete order it fails. The remark is the quanity must be exactly 1. I have already purchased this groupon for myself and wanted a second one for a gift. If this is ok to do I am not sure how to overcome the error.
I had to create a new account because your forgot password feature isnt working, i hit reset, waited for the email, and it never appeared. i tried it a couple of times. Do you know what the problem is?

Working on getting you some answers right now about the gift buying. You should be able to click on the “Buy a Gift for a Friend” then fill out the information and purchase it without any problems.
You can purchase one for yourself and multiple as gifts. Shouldn’t be giving you any trouble. I’ll get back to you as soon as I have an answer.

what does one training session consist of and how long is it?

We are having difficulties with our Gift Buying, however my suggestion would be since the time might run out, to purchase two Groupons, and then you can email the second Groupon to your friends to use as a gift.
Josephine, one training session is a personal 30 minute assessment and training program that targets to your needs. Everyone’s might be different depending on what they are looking for out of the session.

There are no restrictions for scheduling your sessions. This Gym is a personal training gym, so whatever time works for you and the trainer has available, the gym will be open. You can schedule your session at 5:00am or at 10:00 pm. It’s totally up to you and your trainer!

We have fixed the problem with the limited one per person, please try now to purchase your gifts for other people. You can still only use one per person in the gym, and new clients only. But you may purchase these Groupons for other people.

What about trainer availability? Is there a limit on how many trainers are willing to honor the coupon?= and when they are willing to schedule Groupon clients?
All trainers are honoring the Groupon, and you are the same as any of their other clients. It is based on availability and first come first serve. So I can not guarantee a specific date but you are limited in NO WAY with scheduling your sessions.
You also have the option when setting up your first session to ask for a trainer who can see you on a specific day or time.

I spoke to the trainers and this might be specific to your condition – I would suggest calling My Fit Gym at 713-529-9601 and ask for Mike Lopez or any other trainer who might be able to help figure out if this would be worth your purchase and time.

I am bummed that this is not for current members. I haven’t been in a while and they are always calling and trying to get us to use the trainers, but it is expensive. This was going to be perfect. I actually bought 3 to use for myself when i started reading this string and found out that current members can’t get in on this deal. uncool. :(

Since 402 were bought out of 500 offered, is it possible to still purchase even tho time frame is closed?
