At My Photo Cookie & more, Eric Maciejkow and his team of bakers have more than a decade's worth of experience personalizing baked goods with all manner of customer-submitted images. The baking staff works in a completely peanut-free facility, following a secret shortbread-style recipe that incorporates natural flavours, including espresso, white chocolate, poppy-seed citrus, and chocolate-covered cherry.
