All the injection treatments are done by the Physician. Dr. Malik has been a Physician for over 20 years and is affiliated with the Liquid Facelift Association due her vast experience with facial injections. Our regular charge for Radiesse is $695, we have a special on Radiesse and other cosmetic fillers and Botox every Tuesday at our Dallas office and every Thursday at our Southlake office . The main posting says the location is in Southlake but when you click buy it reads Dallas. Their website lists multiple locations so is this Groupon good at the Southlake or Dallas location?
