Symmetry is an attribute of classic beauty, though this fails to explain the majesty of a mountain or the allure of a dog with a prosthetic leg. Make everybody stare with this Groupon.

Choose from Four Options

  • $25 for a gel-polish manicure and paraffin-wax hand or foot treatment (a $55 value)
  • $35 for a cranberry-spice pedicure and paraffin hand or foot treatment (a $75 value)

Both of the above options include a complimentary glass of wine or spiced cider. During the cranberry-spice pedicure, clients dip their feet into a cranberry-spice soak before the aesthetician treats cuticles, shapes nails, and uses a cranberry sugar scrub to lightly massage the legs and feet. Finally, she treats hands with cranberry paraffin wax and lightly massages hands and arms.

  • $90 for four gel manicures with Gelish, OPI, or shellac gel polish (a $180 value)
  • $99 for five spa pedicures (a $275 value)

Each of the four gel manicures includes careful cuticle grooming with oil, while the spa pedicures soften skin with a sugar scrub and a cranberry buttercream, which is massaged into the legs and feet.

The Groupon Guide to: Organic Housekeeping

While most people are comfortable consuming small amounts of poison every day to immunize themselves against a world that their species should no longer be able to thrive in, other purists prefer the chemical-free approach. What are some organic solutions to common problems?

Headaches: Though chamomile, rosemary, and ginkgo have all proven effective in easing stress headaches, dabbing your ear with a bit of honey will invite ants to crawl directly into your skull to eat out the delicious human pain. Afterwards, sneeze the ants harmlessly into the sink.

Thriving Houseplants: You can give your indoor greenery a chemical-free boost by packing your soil with crumbled egg shells, nitrogen-rich coffee grounds, or helpful worms which can be ground up in your food processor in order to make a nutrient-packed worm mash.

Cleaning Supplies: Since most housecleaning products are so toxic that you can’t drink them without becoming ill, some people have embraced the cleansing power of vinegar, which you can drink and drink and never get tired of. For a summertime treat, blend vinegar with ice and use the leftovers for a streak-free windshield.

Should you be constantly drinking vinegar?
