Mani-pedis use exfoliating alpha hydroxy acid and aromatic products. Skin stays softer and smoother longer because you're not dehydrating your skin, owner Stephanie Bailey says. Treatments also come with a choice of fragrance: champagne and roses, or chocolate.

Though Stephanie Bailey once studied with skincare giants—Dr. Murad and Dr. Obagi of their eponymous medical-grade lines—her heart wasn't in it. "[I] just couldn't pull away from what I love most, which is skincare for the hands and feet," she says. Once she realized that, Bailey developed her own waterless pedicure style that eschews traditional water jets in her pedicures to eliminate the concern of cross contamination and accidental foot drowning. After beautifying the digits of cheerleaders from the Dallas Cowboys and Mavericks, she moved to Idaho and applied her 28 years of experience to Nails by Stephanie at Revive Salon.
