Nate's Fitness Training

ISSA-certified personal trainer Nate Wylie has plenty of motivational tools for clients at his disposal, but one of the most effective is a partner. That's why he leads group training sessions for between two and six people, developing customized workouts for the participants as they derive support and encouragement from each other. Through corporate training programs, Nate can even train entire offices at once.

This isn't to say that he doesn't value private time, though. He'll certainly meet with clients for one-on-one sessions, whether their appointment is at the Lexington Athletic Club or in-home. Regardless of the setting, he develops exercise routines based on the client's specific goals, such as fat loss, muscle toning, and enhanced sports performance.
