Choose from Four Options

  • $42 for a 45-minute Shiroabhyanga session (an $85 value)
  • $59 for a 45-minute Abhyanga session with a 30-minute steam session (a $125 value)
  • $69 for a 75-minute Abhyanga and Shirodhara session (a $155 value)
  • $75 for a 75-minute Abhyanga and Shirodhara session with a 20-minute steam session (a $175 value)

The Shiroabhyanga session releases tension from the head, neck, and shoulders with an oil-infused massage. Alternatively, clients can opt for a Shirodhara session, wherein warm oil, medicated milk, or buttermilk is continually poured over the forehead, which helps alleviate stress and pain. It can be combined with an Abhyanga session—a full-body massage with warm, herbal oils—for increased health benefits; both traditional Indian treatments are said to treat a range of ailments, such as vertigo, insomnia, memory loss, and various eye and ear diseases.

Nature Cure Ayurvedic Spa

The massage therapists at Nature Cure Ayurvedic Spa have just one problem with western massage techniques: they're all the same. Focused on treating the mind, body, and soul, they understand that clients come in a range of shapes and sizes, bustling with varying energies and ailments. During each ayurvedic massage, the team takes care to listen to each individual's “prakriti,” or body condition, before applying warm oils in proportion to the body's needs that lubricate strokes designed to relax the body, boost metabolism, and improve the complexion of the skin. In addition to relaxing muscles, the spa also beautifies visages with ayurveda facials that are customized to the client's own skin type and use natural and organic products to cleanse and moisturize the skin.
