I LOVE this company! I have been getting my produce delivered weekly for about 4 months and am always happy with my small box. Can I get this deal as a member?

I would like to try this service as a small box and drop down to the tiny box after. Do I just sign up as a small box member and then change it after delivery? How do you know I have the Groupon?

Cynthia, the deal is for a one time delivery at the reduced cost of $19. The regular Small box price is $39 and change depending on what county you’re in. The service can be set up so that you receive weekly or every other week deliveries. We also have a Tiny box that is $28 which is designed for 1-2 people.

Current members can still redeem the groupon for a one time offer.

Lori, you choose your box type when you fill out your info on the website. After you hit ‘Sign Up’ you will find the drop down for it.

Melissa, you can change your box size to a Tiny after receiving the Small box. You can let us know you about your Groupon during the 3rd step of the sign up process in which it ask ‘how did you hear about us’. Once you receive your Groupon you will also want to let us know your Groupon Code by calling us or emailing us.
Can I use this Groupon later on in January? I will be away until the 15th.

How do you place your order for the one-time groupon? The sign-up page on the website appears to require you to select weekly or bi-monthly service.

I have the same issue as Susan G regarding the delivery area. According to Google Maps or MapQuest, I’m approximately 38 miles from your location. I would love to participate to try this program.

New orders are created on Saturday mornings before noon and we will send all of our Active members an email letting you know that you have a order in the system. We will need your Groupon Code/ID before your account will become active. You can tell us your Groupon Code by calling us, emailing us or logging into your account (username is your full email address) and clicking on the ‘Subscription Info’ link on your left screen. From that next page you will see a ‘Landmark’ box for notes or special delivery instructions. It would be fine to paste your Groupon Code/ID into this field too.

Corey, we’d be glad to deliver a box to locust Grove as a part of the Groupon one time offer however if you want to continue as a member we would need to arrange to set up a Co-op with a minimum box order.
i cant seem to edit billing and shipping i do not want in any way to have my order ever sent to my billing address its a total inconvience if that happensneed sipping to my home address!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Marisa, we source our produce from many different growers/producers on any given week depending on availability. Some of the produce comes from Georgia, for example we often buy lettuce form BJs farm up in Athens and Berrys from Miles Berry Farm in Baxley, Ga. Many of our greens come from southern Georgia as well as growers in the Carolinas. Most of our citrus comes from Florida as it is more native to that region. However, we also offer items such as bananas, mangoes, kiwis, avocadoes, etc which we typically buy from a distributor. We are always happy to let you know where your produce is specifically sourced but again it changes on any given week.
How do I pick the produce I want?

Chad, you will need to sign up on our website so that we can schedule your delivery. It will not be necessary to provide payment info unless you plan to continue as a regular member. We will however need your Groupon Code/ID which can be found on your actual Groupon that will be sent to you via email.

Diane, we publish the new menus each week on Saturday morning and we will send all of our active members a email letting you know that you have a order in the system. You can sign up on our website and we will then schedule your delivery. We will also need your Groupon Code/ID which can be found on your actual Groupon that will be sent to you via email.
Once you have a order in the system you can make changes to your box if you need to. The email that we send out on Saturday morning explains how to make changes to your box. You can also call our office at any point and we’d be glad to help. 770-441-9976

Hello..I am trying to get simple instructions on how to redeem this groupon. I have tried and have found it difficult and confusing.
Hi Sheryl- Sorry to hear you’re having a difficult time! I am going to do my best to walk you through it, otherwise you can call Nature’s Garden directly (770) 441-9976 and they will be happy to walk you through it.
1. Use this link to access the “sign-up” page: http://ga.naturesgardendelivered.com/sign-up-zip-check.php
2. Enter in your zip code (where you want your box delivered).
3. Select mixed, fruit or veggie’s from drop down menu.
4. Change box size to small.
5. Disregard the frequency box (Nature’s Garden will know you are a one-time Groupon customer).
6. Select when you would like to start.
7. Enter in a name for your subscription (ex: Stephanie’s box).
8. Hit next.
9. Enter in your address information and check that you agree with their terms and conditions.
10. Hit next.
11. Fill out your personal details (make sure to make a note of the email address you use and your password in case you want to log-in again later).
12. In the “how did you hear of us box” enter in Groupon and your Groupon ID number (from the Groupon you purchased).
13. Hit next.
14. For payment information, check the box that says “same as delivery address” and then enter in your name for “name on card” (you can leave all of the other fields blank).
15. Hit next.
16. Then you will be prompted to click submit and you will be able to customize your box in the preferences section.
If you want to hop in there and make any changes (ex: if you decide to continue the service, make changes to your box) then just use your email address and password to log-in on their site.
Nature’s Garden will contact you to schedule your delivery (via email or telephone). They are working hard to get everyone’s orders scheduled promptly, but please be patient.

Your website is horrendous! I’ve wasted 15 minutes trying to order and still don’t know how it works. I am a pretty savvy user of internet. Tried to call the number but no answer. I don’t know if the savings is worth the time wasted. Wonder how the service is!!!!

I did not read the instructions until after I tried to put in the order I already registered and put all the info, apparently not correctly since the instruction did not come with the groupon. Should have given instructions with the Groupon info.
I called the company three times and left one message. Since I am already done with the process of signing up and show as inactive account, do you know what needs to be done to get the box delivered? I can’t restart because I already have my email and password set up.

I am having the worst time redeeming this. I’ve called several times and can’t get an answer. My order is in their system, but not active. Worse, it’s showing 2 subscriptions, and when I try to remove one I get a mySQL database error. I emailed them and hopefully they’ll respond. I assume once I get the service I’ll be happy, but this wasn’t an easy redemption process.

I’ve had nothing but the most amazing service from this company. Signing up was a breeze, without any step-by-step instructions needed, and they even altered their delivery route yesterday so that I could get my box by 5pm (I’m having it delivered to work). Both times I’ve called I’ve gotten a super-helpful person on the phone right away. I’m definitely going to subscribe!

Yeah – I’m sure I’ll love it once it gets going, but right now I get the following error when I try to ask my subscription -
“You have an error in your SQL syntax; check the manual that corresponds to your MySQL server version for the right syntax to use near ‘s Fruit Box’’ at line 1”
Received my box of mixed fruit and veggies today, as scheduled, and everything looks wonderful! This was a great deal and I am definitely thinking about subscribing to their service.

It never occurred to me to simply leave it blank! I’m looking forward to this little box of goodies and hopefully will become a member of Nature’s Garden soon!
I found the signup to be a breeze so not sure why others are having such difficulty. I received my order confirmation email the Saturday after I placed my order and was able to substitute three items I did not care for. My box arrived 3 days later and I came home to fresh fruit and veggies – how wonderful. It’s a great service and wonderful produce – am definitely subscribing full time.

Robert, we have a warehouse that we use to pack produce but don’t actually have a storefront and aren’t really setup to accommodate much foot traffic. At this point we are just offering home or office delivery.
