are they safe while breastfeeding?

For nursing mothers, I would suggest sticking to the B12-only shot. B12 is in pre-natal vitamins and in food, therefore there is no evidence to believe it would be unsafe during nursing.

Do these shots contain soy or soy isolates? I'm allergic to casein, gluten, soy, almond, nitrates & nitrites, but have been wanting to try B12 shots. Would these be safe for me?

The methylcobalamin commonly used in these preparations is derived from fermentation of corn dextrose (sugar). Our methylcobalamin preparations are preservative-free. The things you mentioned in your question should not be present in the injection solution we use.

What is the primary difference between the B12 and the Slim shot. If the slim shot contains B12, wouldnt it be more beneficial to get the slim shot for the extra nutrients? What days of the week and hours are you open?

The B12 shot contains 5,000mcg of methylcobalamin B12, while the Slim Shot only contains 1,000mcg of methylcobalamin B12 (but has the other nutrients included). I discuss the reasons why one would choose one or the other at the initial visit. We are open 8-noon and 2-5pm on Mon, Tues, Thurs, Friday, and from 2-5:30pm on Wednesday.

How far apart are the shots scheduled and what type of weight loss can one expect with the slim shots? Also, are there any possible side effects?

The shots are typically scheduled one week apart at the start, and adjusted based on patient feedback. The highest amount of weight loss we have seen from solely Slim Shots as an addition to one's regimen is 10# over the course of 6 shots. As with any weight loss approach, your results may vary. There is no guarantee of weight loss, the Slim Shots are correcting nutrient deficiencies that often interfere with weight loss...if you do not have any deficiencies of these nutrients, no weight loss can be expected. Rarely, some people experience increased fatigue or insomnia after the first shot, which is then adjusted for in future visits. All of the nutrients in the shots we offer can be found in natural foods.

If I buy this today, actual date of expiration as I am now in Afghanistan, return in early DEc. Then leave again Dec 12-30. In Tucson Jan and Feb. How far apart should you take shots? HOpe to have an answer before this offer expires... Anna Hacker

The date of expiration is 3 months from purchase (read further). We honor the full Groupon value indefinitely as long as your first appointment is scheduled before the expiration date, even if the first appointment were to actually occur after the expiration date. You could schedule your appointment over the internet by emailing our front office at adminNMSA@gmail.com . So basically, as long as you get on our office schedule before the expiration date, your first appointment can take place whenever you need it to, and you will lose none of the value of the Groupon. Great question!
