The Groupon voucher can only be redeemed at the Navy Pier IMAX box office. I suggest when visiting Navy Pier that you arrive early, go to the IMAX box office, exchange you voucher then explore and enjoy all of Navy Pier until showtime. This will help assure that you recieve tickets to the show you want and avoid waiting in long lines that occur just before showtime.
