Choose from Three Options

  • $25 for a complete data transfer to a new computer (a $50 value)
  • $50 for computer virus removal (a $100 value)
  • $75 for a PC refresh with hard-drive wipe, backup, and reinstall (a $150 value)

During the data transfer, a technician performs a backup or transfer of all user data, including but not limited to documents, photos, music, and email, either to another computer or an external device.

The virus removal includes malware removal and the repair of any issues created by the virus. If the computer cannot be repaired, the technician will reinstall the operating system. This option also includes an optimization of the system, where technicians analyze the security of the computer and recommend steps to avoid further infection.

The PC refresh includes dust removal and transfer of all data, before the hard drive is reformatted and the operating system is reinstalled (both for Windows and Apple operating systems). Technicians will also install any updates needed before reinstalling all data and programs to the machine. Customers must provide install media (CD or DVD) for any programs needing reinstallation.
