Questions and Answers

Roll up your sleeves, Dr. Fligor; I’m several years overdue for a dental visit. ;)
Hopefully, though, your participation in this Groupon offer also indicates a willingness to give discounts to those of who are willing to pay cash or self-finance, those of us who do not have insurance.

Hi Trixie and Marc,
I am very happy to hear that you like the Groupon today.. :)
Trixie: Unfortunately this feature is good for an exam, x-ray and teeth cleaning only. However, if you would like to try and contact Dr. Fligor to find out if you can receive a discount for other services I am sure he will be happy to discuss.
Marc: Same goes with you as Dr. Fligor is more than happy to discuss this with you.. :)
Enjoy,

I am happy to report that Dr. Fligor and crew have treated our family now for a few months- they are AMAZING and it had been a while since I’d been in as well, Marc. The hygenists were super thorough, professional and kind given the work I put them through…
The kids deal is super extra amazing as they are really skilled at dealing with first time patients-my daughter was 3 for her first visit last year there and she absolutely loves Dr. Fligor now- they actually have a once monthly ‘kids dental day’ where there’s balloons, face painting and such and so she thinks it’s a ‘dental party’ there.
Are there any strings tied to this offer? Do we need to provide dental insurance during the new patient paperwork?

Hi Kayko,
There are no hidden fees or strings attached. There is no dental insurance needed during your visit.. :)
Thanks,
Traci

I’d love to sign up for this deal but I’m wondering how you are going to provide service to nearly 400 people that have already signed up. How long will it take to get an appointment?
I have the same level of interest and question as Facebook User.
Assuming this is already a popular office, will so many (400+) new patients create big delays?
You both are correct. 400+ people is a great groupon result. However, we were aware that this may happen and blocked out time in our schedule in the upcoming months to accommodate these appointments. In addition, myself and my team discussed working some extra hours for groupon appointment it looks like we will be doing this as well.
Also, we keep a ‘short call’ list to get people in on short notice when other patients have to re-schedule their appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.
Hope that helps!

Hi, I recently purchased two of these groupons, and received a confirmation email saying as much. However, today I went to print them out, and they weren’t reflected on the website, despite that they WERE reflected there the day after I bought them. I’ve contacted groupon about this problem, but if ultimately I’m unable to recover the coupon number, will I still be able to redeem them based on my proof of payment (for example, my Visa receipt)? Or, conversely, will I be able to get my money back?
Ah, Nevermind!! Operator error. I logged out, logged back in, and there were my groupons.

i have been waiting for a groupon deal like this! thanks. any possible way to take this $300 dollar value priced for $62 and substitute it in for a wisdom tooth removal? because i have a friend who is in a lot of pain but unfortunately does not have dental insurance. i had to ask. thanks!
