I bought 2 car detailing coupons but I could not down load or print the coupon how do I received what I apid for? I am ready to call my credit card company and ask for a refund due to the fact that I did not recieved what I paid for.

Sorry for the trouble. You can find your Groupons by doing the following:

Go to www.groupon.com.

If you are signed in, you will see your name at the top of the deal page. If you don't see your name, click on the "Sign In" link in the top right corner of the page, and then enter this email address and the password you gave us when you made your purchase or created your account. If you forgot your password, you'll be able to reset it there.

Once you are signed in, place your mouse over your name and your account menu will drop down. Click on the "My Groupons" link to access your Groupons. If you purchased your Groupon as a gift, it will be under the "My Gifts" tab.

If you need help accessing or purchasing a Groupon in the future, don't hesitate to ask!
