Hours are Monday - Friday 5am - 7pm Saturday & Sunday 6:30am - 5pm If these hours will not work for you then please call 210-724-1040 to see if we can work out a special schedule for you. The training is a one on one training in a private gym, meaning the only people in the gym are clients being trained (this is not like golds gym). How many times a week you come will be up to you and the goals we set together. You will need to come at least once a week but I recommend two times a week for an hour session.
