The menu includes hot and cold tapas such as chickpea hummus ($8), crab cakes ($14), eggplant involtini ($8), baked goat cheese ($10), and lamb and feta meatballs ($12). Groupon customers who arrive before 6 p.m. will also receive a complimentary artisan cheese plate.

Thanks to her Greek heritage and her father’s work in the Chicago food industry, Nia Asimis was introduced to both traditional Mediterranean and haute Chicago cuisine from a young age. She merges these traditions with her personal culinary philosophy at Nia Restaurant, where she and her culinary team created a small plate menu that maps the Mediterranean. Tapas dishes such as Spanish patatas bravas and Greek lamb and feta meatballs can be paired with classic Mediterranean liqueur or award-winning wines from countries around the world, including Spain, Greece, Portugal, Italy, and France. Soft sounds of world lounge music and candle-lit tables set the mood inside the dining room or on the sprawling front patio overlooking lively Randolph Street.
