Choose from Four Options

  • $39 for a one-hour abhyanga/shirodhara Bliss treatment (an $85 value)
  • $69 for a two-hour abhyanga/shirodhara Bliss treatment (a $160 value)
  • $39 for a one-hour mini detox treatment (an $85 value)
  • $69 for a two-hour mini detox treatment (a $160 value)

During the abhyanga/shirodhara Bliss treatment, therapists massage bodies and drizzle foreheads with herbal oil.

The mini detox treatment is a combination of lymphatic skin brushing with wool or silk gloves in an effort to enhance circulation and is followed by a herbal massage. Ginger oil invigorates the senses. The treatment works to remove toxins which may promote weight loss and produce healthier-looking skin.

All services include a 15-minute Ayurvedic consultation.

Niagara Ayurveda Wellness Clinic and Spa

Martha Gesegnet was working as a registered nurse long before she became sick herself. So when she became inspired to take her health into her own hands, she tried everything, eventually turning to alternative therapies. Martha earned certifications in holistic health, healing touch, and nutrition. Once she was well, she set out to combine her knowledge of Western medicine with her expertise in Ayurveda—the ancient Indian system for promoting health and wellness, which translates to “science of life.” Today she helps clients find wellness, or eases their aches and pains as they strive to find Waldo.

During a patient’s first visit, Martha performs an initial consultation, which includes examining medical records, conducting physical exams and assessing each client’s dosha, or Ayurvedic body type. Based on this knowledge, she recommends lifestyle changes, yoga and breathing practices, and Ayurvedic spa treatments, which may include massage therapies, aromatherapies, and healing touch.
