Would it be possible to list how many wines and which ones with which courses? Also, the link to the menus doesn't seem to work - although, it was easy to find from the restaurant's main website. Thank you.

Glad to hear you are interested in our wine options! The pricing for our wine options is an additional $20/person for the 5-course option and $25/person for the 7-course option. The wine pairings come with each course, so there will be 5 total with the 5-course and 7 total with the 7-course. Wine pairings are seasonal so there is not a set list available at this time.

I clicked on the menus to see what the five course entails but it said Internet Explorer (which I have) would not allow me to view. I am interested in this but was wondering if someone could tell me what are some of the items included in the five course meal. Thanks! Pat

Hi Pat! I apologize for the error in the menu link. The items can be viewed at the following link - the 5 course option is our Menu Tour, the 7-course option is the Grand Tour http://www.nicolletislandinn.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Dinner-Menu-FALL-2012-rev-12-03-12.pdf

If i make a reservation but need to cancel, do i loose the deal or can i use it later on.?

Damariz R. asked 5 months, 12 days, 16 hours, and 15 minutes ago - 1 answer

Corey A.

Your groupon's promotional value is valid for 90 days after purchase regardless if you make and cancel a reservation with us during that time. once the 90 days has passed the paid value of the groupon will still be valid towards any menu item(s).

Is this five-course dinner the Nicollet Island Inn's "Tasting Menu," or are the plates full-size?

Alex B. asked 5 months, 12 days, 12 hours, and 38 minutes ago - 1 answer

Corey A.

Thank you for your question! The options for our 5 course and 7 course meals are in fact our tasting menus on our regular dinner menu. The options are able to be viewed at the following link: http://www.nicolletislandinn.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Dinner-Menu-FALL-2012-rev-12-03-12.pdf

So it's not valid on holidays and it also expires 90 days from purchase. The one thing I am not 100% clear on is it says not valid for lobster week 1/4 - 1/13 menu. Now are they just saying the lobster menu is not valid, or ANYTHING that week those dates are not valid?

Jeanna M. asked 5 months, 12 days, 9 hours, and 21 minutes ago - 1 answer

Corey A.

Good evening! I apologize for the delay in answering your question. You are correct in assuming that the groupon will not be valid at all from 1/4-1/13. We will be open during this time but the groupon will not be valid for those dates.

Corey A. answered 5 months, 10 days, 9 hours, and 10 minutes ago

Okay, I asked a question and I never got an answer and I do not even see it listed. I see the deal is not valid on 12/24/12, 12/25/12, 12/31/12, 2/14/13, 3/31/13, or 5/12/13. BUT it also says "Not valid for Lobster Week (1/4-1/13) menu." I am not understanding this info - Does this mean NO deal not valid at all January 4th-13th (aka cannot use groupon) or is it just not valid for a particular Lobster menu? I was planning on making a reservation that second week of January so I would REALLY like to know. Could Groupon or Nicollet Inn please respond?

The link to the menu doesn't work. I'm wondering if the groupon is valid for brunch or lunch

Irene asked 5 months, 11 days, 16 hours, and 34 minutes ago - 1 answer

Corey A.

Hello there! The error should be fixed soon! I apologize for that. The groupon is actually valid for our dinner menu which is the option for our 5 course Menu Tour or our 7 course Grand Tour depending on which groupon you purchase. The menus can be viewed on our website in the meantime: http://www.nicolletislandinn.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Dinner-Menu-FALL-2012-rev-12-03-12.pdf

Thank you so much for bringing this to our attention! We have let groupon know regarding this error so that it can be fixed. In the meantime, the menu options are located here - the 5 course is listed as our Menu Tour and the 7 course is our Grand Tour: http://www.nicolletislandinn.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/07/Dinner-Menu-FALL-2012-rev-12-03-12.pdf
