Sorry for the confusion with my previous answer! Upgrading to a partial highlight would be an additional $40. Upgrading to a full head highlight would be an additional $70. The haircut, style, and deep conditioning treatment is included in the deal. Without the deal, a partial highlight would be $77.

I'm very interested in this offer but I'm not exactly sure what "face-framing" highlights consists of. I really need full high lights but I'm on a very tight budget. Would face-framing be similar to a partial high-light? Thanks, Wendi Dutrow

Face-Framing highlights include 10-12 foils that frame your face. A partial highlight includes half of your head, which would be an additional $40. A full head highlight would be an additional $70.
