Today's side deal presents live equines with uncanny acting talents: snag a ticket to see The Legend of Sleepy Hollow at the Noble Horse Theatre, located in Old Town. Choose between two options:

  • $13 for an adult ticket to a matinee or evening performance (a $25 value)
  • $9 for a child (12 and under) ticket to a matinee or evening performance (an $18 value)

The Legend of Sleepy Hollow brings Washington Irving's tale to life, as Ichabod Crane, a lanky, superstitious schoolmaster, runs afoul of the Headless Horseman. Witness the awe-inspiring power of horse and rider moving as one to perform feats so engaging that you will lose track of who is a human, who is a horse, and who is a majestic mix of the two. The cozy indoor theater is decorated for the fall, with cornstalks, pumpkins, colored lights, and scarecrows adorning the walls of the building. Performances are BYOB, and though your Groupon does not include Noble Horse's dinner, you are welcome to purchase food at the snack bar. The show begins September 26, 2010, and runs through November 1, 2010. Your Groupon is good for any scheduled date. Shows often sell out quickly, so call early to reserve your spot for a show of hurdle-hopping horsepower and empty-necked spookery.
