Enrollees break a sweat in three or five intense sessions per week, following along as instructors unleash a rotating lineup of challenging workouts. Participators also must attend an orientation prior to the start of classes at headquarters, located at 934 Enterprise Way. They also tackle their fitness goals in the kitchen by following a prescribed meal plan created by a registered dietitian. All enrollees must attend a preclass orientation and bring the following items to each class:
