$99 for a Treatment for Spider or Varicose Veins ($325 Value)

Following a separate consultation to determine whether clients qualify for treatment, the doctor goes after as many spider or varicose veins on the legs as possible over the course of 20 minutes. During sclerotherapy treatments, an injectable solution irritates the lining of the vessels, causing spider veins to close up and wither away. Patients can resume normal activities immediately after the procedure but should wear compression stockings and avoid strenuous exercise for one week. If needed, North Bridge Vein Care offers a second follow-up treatment at a 25% discount.

North Bridge Vein Care

Before joining forces to fight spider and varicose veins, the board-certified radiologists at North Bridge Vein Care all honed their skills at Harvard teaching hospitals. This training, along with other professional endeavors, familiarized them with medical intricacies such as interpreting ultrasound images, determining if blood is flowing through the body in a healthy manner, and assessing whether vessels are robust. Now, they use this know-how to treat compromised veins—which are often unsightly and painful—with methods such as sclerotherapy, endovenous laser treatments, and ambulatory phlebectomy.

The Groupon Guide to: Things That Are Safe or Not Safe to Put in Your Mouth

Everything looks delicious these days, but only some things are actually safe to put in your mouth. Here's a guide to things that look good enough to eat:

Marbles: Safe
Reason: Rubbing marbles against your teeth will wear them down to rounded nubs that feel much better against the tongue.

Sponge: Not Safe
Reason: You'll put a nice, dry sponge in there, and when it comes out it's going to be full of saliva and completely unsanitary to wash dishes with.

Laundry-Detergent Pods: Not Safe
Reason: This yummy candy burns the mouth.

Universal Remote: Safe
Reason: Thousands of uniquely flavored buttons will make your taste buds feel like they’re at the greatest circus of their lives.

Bread: Not Safe
Reason: The worst hazard of them all—there is no way to breathe through bread.

Are there any foods that don't pose an immediate choking hazard?
