Valid in Onondaga County except Tully, and S Oswego County. Sanitizing req'd for duct work. Extra fee for residences with more than 1 air handler/furnace etc. Extra fee for severely soiled/stained carpet, add'l vents, returns, disinfecting, and mains. Extra $49 fee for travel outside listed area. Extra $20 setup fee per floor/room. Extra fee for stairs, apt, condos, secure buildings, and high rises. Environmental fee applies.

Are the carpets cleaned with chemicals or steam? Is this a dry carpet cleaning?

The merchant predominantly uses steam cleaning, but they do have dry cleaning available. I hope this helps, Linda!
