I note a "meat and cheese platter" being offered in the LIST of what is covered and later in a description lunch is mentioned. Is the lunch separate from the platter and if so, what is it? How much in advance can a reservation be changed without penalty?

Hello, Lunch is provided separately, on the North Fork it is catered by Love Lane Kitchen for example and is typically assortment of gourmet sandwiches. Once promotional reservations are made, they can be changed with 3-7 days before your tour date but a $25 change fee is applied. If the change is made well in advance we waive this fee though.

Are there any black-out dates? Can we bring our own bikes?

Hello, there are no black out dates but is subject to availability. Our calendar will be available in March at which point we accept reservations on a first-come first-serve basis. You are welcome to bring your own bikes, however we suggest using ours as theybare fitted with baskets and we often take a ride through the vineyard so we highly discourage doing this on road bikes (our bicycles are comfort hybrids so are meant for our terrain).
