Established in 2008, North Idaho College Challenge Course is the site of lofty adventures on eight high-rope contraptions and a zipline. After two to three hours of traipsing through treetops, exploits end with a “leap of faith” off of a platform 45 feet off the ground. This mettle-testing endeavor goes down in the on-campus coniferous forest, which overlooks the Spokane River. Participants should bring their athletic shoes, dirt-friendly clothing, and squirrel-to-English dictionary.
